Often, the choice of façade color determines its durability. For example, if the facade is painted in dark colors, then the temperature of its upper layer in summer can reach +70...80ºС, and in winter the facade is characterized by sharp temperature changes within the range of - +50...-5ºС. Such temperature values and changes lead to the accumulation of internal deformations in the outer layer of facade plaster and the formation of cracks. From the moment cracks form, the aggressive influence of the external environment is transmitted to the inner layers of the wall, which accelerates the process of destruction not only of the paint, but also of the wall itself.
