  • 4 raw fresh eggs.
  • ½ tsp. baking soda.

Step #1. Place butter on the bottom of the turned on multicooker and melt it.

Step #2. When it melts, it is supplemented with milk, cocoa and sugar.

Step #3. Mix everything well, cool completely and divide into two unequal parts. The smaller one is left for decoration and later used as glaze.

  • 1 glass of clean water.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar.
  • 1.5 cups regular bread flour.
  • ¼ cup refined oil.
  • 3 tbsp. l. dry cocoa.
  • 1 tsp. good instant coffee.
  • 1 tsp. baking soda.
  • 1 tbsp. l. fresh lemon juice.
  • Kitchen salt and vanillin.

Step #1. In any deep container, combine all bulk ingredients, with the exception of coffee.

Step #2. Filtered water, lemon juice and vegetable oil are also sent there. Mix everything thoroughly, not forgetting to add coffee, previously dissolved in a small amount of liquid.
