Structure of Technoelast

Technoelast is produced by double-sided application of a bitumen-polymer binder consisting of bitumen, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer and filler onto a glass or polyester base. Coarse-grained and fine-grained dressings and polymer films are used as a protective layer.

Description

Technoelast is roll material, resistant to biological destruction, with high waterproofing properties. The manufacturing technology consists of double-sided application of a special water-resistant composition onto a durable, flexible base made of polyester fiber or fiberglass. They use modified bitumen, to which SBS thermoplastic is added.

SBS - polymer material(artificial rubber), which has high functional characteristics. It allows bitumen to maintain elasticity when low temperatures, due to which the waterproofing coating does not crack in cold weather.

The polymer-bitumen composition includes fillers - dolomite, talc, etc. The outer layer on the back side is a polymer film that protects the material from sticking when stored in a roll. The film melts during the installation of the flooring. The top layer can also be a film (this allows you to create a durable multi-layer waterproofing carpet) or a protective mineral coating is used - fine or coarse-grained, for which sand, slate, etc. are used. with the addition of a binder.

EPP

Technoelast EPP is used to protect building structures, including foundations, from moisture, as well as for laying underlayment when installing roofing coverings on roofs of any type. It is absolutely waterproof and, due to its high elasticity, is easy to use.

The basis of the material is polyester fiber; SBS-modified bitumen with filler is applied to it. The lower protective layer is made of film, the upper one is made of fine-grained powder.

The thickness of the material is 4.0 mm, the weight of 1 m 2 is 4.95 kg, the weight of the roll is 50 kg, the service life is 20-25 years.

HPP

Technoelast XPP is designed to create the first lining layer when installing a roofing pie, and is used in the field of waterproofing various building elements. Characterized by frost resistance and heat resistance.

The basis is fiberglass with purified bitumen applied on both sides. polymer additive(SBS) and filler. Protective coating There is a film on the top and back sides that prevents the fabric from sticking together after being rolled.

Technoelast EKP is a roofing waterproofing material designed for installation of the top layer of roofing. The base is made of polyester, the waterproofing function is performed by bitumen with the addition of thermoplastic and filler. TCH

Technoelast TKP is a material designed for high loads. Suitable for installation of waterproofing protection of underground structures (basements, foundations). When installing roofs on pitched and flat roofs can be used without additional lining materials. It is distinguished by its strength and durability, is vapor-proof, and is laid in a perfectly even sheet.

Technoelast TKP is deservedly considered the most durable top layer among the whole variety of bitumen-surfaced materials. It differs from other types in the use of fiberglass as a base, so it copes well with the functions of a roofing carpet on almost any type of roof.

The fiberglass fabric is impregnated with modified bitumen to achieve maximum strength and durability. As a top coating, Technoelast TKP is covered with stone chips or slate of different colors.

Characteristic features of Technoelast TKP are increased strength characteristics and extended service life. The coating is resistant to atmospheric and mechanical influences. It does not suffer from the cold, high temperatures, changes, humidity and other conditions.

Packaging information
