Cooking method

  1. First of all, you need to put margarine in a cup and add sugar.

  2. Mash them together with a fork.

  3. Add eggs.

  4. To stir thoroughly.

  5. Peel tangerines and chop finely.

  6. Place the tangerine pieces into the previously prepared mixture.
  7. Sift flour into the dough. I recommend that you always sift the flour, because it is during sifting that it is saturated with oxygen and the baked goods become airy.

  8. In the sifted flour you need to make a small depression and pour baking powder into it.

  10. Now you should prepare the baking molds - grease them with oil. I use silicone muffin cups. However, metal portion molds are also suitable for baking muffins in a multicooker.

  11. Place the dough into the molds. Remember that the dough will rise during baking, so do not fill the molds completely with dough.

  12. Place the molds with the dough in the multicooker bowl. Close the lid tightly, select the “Baking” mode and set the time to 35 minutes. During this time, the cupcakes will bake well and rise.

  13. After the specified time, the multicooker will emit a sound signal indicating readiness. Check the readiness of the baked goods in any way convenient for you. I prefer to do this with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out of the dough is dry, then the baked goods are completely ready.

Remove the finished muffins from the multicooker and cool. Now the muffins with tangerines in the slow cooker are ready.

These baked goods will delight you and your family with their taste, and by adding tangerine pieces to the dough, the muffins turn out very fragrant.

Recipe Description

I suggest baking cupcakes in molds. Their recipe is very simple and does not contain wheat flour.

My child is allergic to wheat, so sweet pastries mine is different from novelty and originality :) and that’s why I came up with a recipe for muffins in paper molds with oatmeal.

I really liked the result, it turned out not only tasty, but also healthy.

Wheat pastries, alas, often stick to the waist :), and we don’t need extra pounds! Baking made from oatmeal has less calories, but is no less tasty.

I advise you to cook it and this recipe will definitely end up in your recipe box.

To prepare muffins in tins in a slow cooker you need:

For cupcakes:

  • 1 tbsp. yogurt (kefir, sour cream).
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara.
  • 3 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 200 gr. cottage cheese.
  • 3 – 4 eggs (depending on the size of the eggs).
  • 0.5 tbsp. sunflower oil(refined).
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 150 gr. raisins
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Vanilla.

I used a 150g glass, but you can use any measuring container that is convenient for you. We do not violate the proportions.

For cream:

  • Medium fat sour cream - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 glass.

Cooking step by step:

How to make cupcakes in molds?
Let's start by preparing the dough.
Beat eggs with sugar until white foam.

Add salt, vanilla and soda to the eggs. Mix.

Next, pour in kefir and oil - mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add cottage cheese. You can first grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or break up all the lumps in it with a blender. I add it as is - I like it better.
And mix everything again.

Now add flour - little by little so that there are no lumps left.
The last ingredient will be raisins. It needs to be rolled in flour, and only then added to the dough.
The dough may seem runny to you, but don’t worry, the oatmeal in the dough will swell a little.
To do this, let the dough stand for 10 - 15 minutes.

Place paper muffin cups in the multicooker container and pour a little batter into each, a little more than half the cup.
Close the multi with a lid and turn on the “Baking” mode for 30-40 minutes.
While the cupcakes are baking, prepare a sweet cream for them: beat sour cream with sugar until it dissolves and, while waiting for the cupcakes, put it in the refrigerator.
