Selecting material for the case

Before you sew a bag chair with your own hands, you need to decide what fabric will be used for this process. The structure consists of elements:

  • outer cover, which must be stain-resistant, durable, dense and attractive;
  • inner cover made of durable, breathable and reliable materials;
  • filler, and it is important to first decide what the chair will be filled with.

Initially, it is decided what fabric will be used for the bean bag chairs. For external product can choose different types fabrics. It is important that they have the following parameters:

  • high strength and abrasion resistance;
  • ease of maintenance, since the outer cover is most often exposed to various influences, and there is also a high probability of contaminating it;
  • attractiveness, since this cover determines how the entire chair will look.

An excellent choice is Oxford fabric, which is used to form awnings or tents. It is durable and easy to maintain, making it perfect for the job you plan to do. As a rule, it is impregnated during production special compounds, making it resistant to moisture. It is available in numerous colors, so you can choose the best option for the job. Bag chairs, the sizes of which can be different, made from this fabric, can be used not only in residential premises, but also outdoors.

Other types of fabrics, such as flock or microcorduroy, can also be used, but products made from these materials are installed exclusively at home. Your element can even be made from eco-leather, which ensures an exquisite and unique model that fits perfectly into different modern styles interior

The inner cover of bean bag chairs is usually formed from dense spunbond. It is advisable to choose a type that is equipped with small holes designed for ventilation of the product. The material is different low cost, therefore it is considered excellent choice to create an inner cover. As a rule, it is sold in rolls.

If it is not possible to choose spunbond, then any other fabric that is dense and breathable will do. If ventilation of the internal space is not provided, the filler will quickly begin to stick together, so its shape and its parameters change.

Necessary tools to make a beanbag chair with your own hands

The process of creating a bean bag chair with your own hands, the master class of which is presented below, begins with preparing the tools and materials that are necessary for this work. These include:

  • a lot of fabric, both for the inner and outer covers;
  • to obtain sealed cases, purchase two zippers of the optimal size;
  • scissors will ensure cutting necessary elements from fabric;
  • threads are intended for fastening individual parts of the structure;
  • a sewing machine facilitates the work process and also ensures smooth, beautiful and durable stitches;
  • filler with which to stuff the inner case.

If you don’t have a sewing machine, you can do the work manually, but to obtain high-quality seams you must have experience in this field.

Creating a pattern

How to make a beanbag chair so that it turns out smooth and of high quality? To do this, a detailed and correct pattern is first created. It is easy to form on your own, and you can also see different types of patterns below. As a rule, they are all identical, but may differ in the size of the beanbag chair.

The whole process is divided into the following stages:

  • patterns are made, and it is desirable that they initially have the required dimensions, which will subsequently affect the dimensions of the chair bag;
  • the result is 4 main elements, with the help of which the bag chair is created;
  • An economical option involves applying the pattern to the fabric itself, after which the necessary elements are cut out.

Patterns for bean bag chairs can be different, since they completely depend on what dimensions and other parameters the product will have after work. When creating the main parts of the product, it is important to monitor the economical use of fabric.

Sewing a cover

After creating the cutting for both covers, their sewing begins. To do this, it is important to decide in advance what the dimensions of the chair bag will be. The process is performed in the following sequence of actions:

  • two flat blanks are created. To do this, all elements are fastened to each other with pins, after which the side seams should be basted on the wedges;
  • formed side seams are connected sewing machine or manually, after which they are smoothed, for which it is advisable to use an iron equipped with a steam mode;

Before you start stitching the parts, fasten them with needles
  • the side seams are sewn on the front side of the outer cover;
  • On both workpieces, the outer wedges are folded, after which they are basted. When working with an outer cover, the remaining side seams are sewn from the bottom and top, and it is important to leave approximately 40 cm on either side, and this distance is necessary for sewing in the zipper. The same steps are performed for the inner cover, but no more than 35 cm is left for the zipper. All seams obtained are ironed;

All seams must be overlocked
  • For the remaining unstitched sections, zippers are pinned or basted. Their middle should be in the center of the pressed seam. After adjustment, the zippers are sewn in;
  • as a result of the actions performed, the seams of the bag will be tubular irregular shape, which taper slightly at the top;

How to sew a zipper correctly
After the wedges are sewn together, you will get the following base:
  • The handle of the future chair is made, for which the prepared part is folded, and only inside out. It is stitched in a place where there is a long edge. Then it is turned inside out and ironed;
  • The existing blanks of both covers are turned inside out. A top is sewn to the outer cover, which is basted to the outer pipe, after which the handle is inserted;

For ease of use, zippers should be sewn into the bags.
  • The bottom of both covers is ground off, and the resulting circles are attached. After the work is completed, the covers are turned right side out.
External chair cover

After creating the covers, it is important to decide what will fill the inner element. The selected filler is loaded into the product in such a way as to completely fill it. To do this, the inner cover is inserted into the outer one, and then stuffed with the selected material. After creating a beanbag chair, a pillow or other similar elements are often made that ensure the comfort of using the product.

Filler selection

Before creating this product, it is important to decide what it will be filled with. Most often, granules formed from polystyrene foam are chosen for these purposes. They are represented by small balls with high hygienic parameters. They do not absorb foreign odors. At the same time they have excellent thermal insulation properties. The price of the material is affordable.

In addition to polystyrene foam, the following fillers can be used:

  • wood shavings;
  • down, feathers or wool;
  • different types of cereals.

Photos of beanbag chairs with your own hands

In the selection you can see what they look like finished goods.

Frameless furniture appeared on Russian markets quite recently. But thanks to its many benefits, it quickly became popular. But the price for such a new product is often too high.

In the meantime, making an upholstered chair with your own hands is not at all difficult. This kind of work will not take you much time. And for sewing and decorating something like this original decoration your room can attract children.

Preparatory stages

Before you start, prepare detailed drawing. If you do not carefully calculate all the necessary dimensions, then you may not get the result you expected.

The easiest way is to make an upholstered chair in the shape of a pear or an ordinary bag.

Figure 1. An example of a drawing of a simple-shaped chair.

But you can give it the shape of a pyramid or, for example, a cube. Ottomans are often made for children's rooms in the shape of a drop or a funny animal, for example, a dragon.

An example of a drawing of a chair of a fairly simple shape is shown in Fig. 1. Naturally, you can change the dimensions given in it at your own request.

Next you should choose the fabric. You will need two types of matter. For the inner cover, purchase a fairly thick fabric with a tight weave. Otherwise, the filler balls may come out of the bag over time. Satin, coarse calico, and fabric intended for sewing napkins are well suited for this purpose.

But the outer cover can be sewn from any material. Denim, faux leather, fur or furniture velor will look good in any interior. The color of the material depends only on your taste, preferences and appearance of the room.

In order to do this, you will need to buy a special filler. Usually frameless furniture stuffed with polystyrene foam. It can be purchased at stores that sell furniture repair products.

Be careful when purchasing this product remotely (for example, from a catalog or online). This filler is very light and voluminous. To transport 10 kg of “balls” you will need a cargo gazelle, because in a normal a car he won't fit. When buying filler, pay attention not to the weight, but to the volume of the package. For sewing soft chair you need a bag with a volume of 200-250 liters.

If desired, polystyrene foam can be replaced with foam chips. It can be obtained by crumbling, for example, decorative tiles used to decorate the ceiling.

Some experts advise filling frameless furniture with hay or buckwheat husks. But when using natural materials, remember that they should be changed approximately once every 5-6 months. Fillers plant origin They absorb moisture well, which is why mold fungi can grow in them. In addition, such materials are quickly compressed, and the soft chair will lose its volume and elasticity.

Sewing a frameless version

In order to make an upholstered chair of the dimensions indicated in the drawing, you will need the following materials:

  • fabric for the inner cover (width 150 cm) - 3 m;
  • fabric for the outer cover (width 150 cm) - 3 m;
  • zipper, 22 cm long;
  • sewing threads;
  • materials for decoration (piping, braid, ribbons, trim).

Start by cutting out all necessary details. Don't forget to leave seam allowances! They should be 1.5-3 cm.

First you need to prepare patterns for all the elements of the soft chair. They are usually made from paper or plastic film (if you want to make patterns that are reusable). When creating patterns, there is no need to take allowances into account.

The finished pattern is placed on the wrong side of the fabric and traced around the office with chalk or a piece of soap. Between the pattern pieces leave a space equal to the allowances. If you provide the same allowances for all parts, then the elements do not need to be marked separately. It is enough to fold the fabric in several layers and trace the pattern once.

Sewing should begin with the manufacture of the inner cover. The “petals” are sewn to the bottom one by one. Then the sides of the long parts are sewn together. It is necessary to leave a hole in one seam for stuffing. The top piece is sewn on last.

Next, the cover is made. It is done in a similar way, only a zipper is inserted into one of the seams. To do this, the seam is sewn from below, to a length of 3-5 cm. Then a gap is made equal to the length of the zipper and stitched to the end. The parts sewn in this way are turned right side out, and the allowances for the fastener are folded and ironed. The zipper is placed under the workpiece from the inside out and pinned to the seam allowances. First, lay the stitch on one side, trying to position it as close to the teeth as possible (usually special paws are used for this). sewing machines), then on the other. Finish processing the fastener by laying double seams at the beginning and end of the zipper.

Additional decor will make the chair a unique part of your room. It can be decorated with embroidery, appliqués, and decorative braid. Such finishing depends only on your personal taste.

It’s true what they say: the Internet is a treasure trove useful information. People share valuable knowledge here and original ideas, opening up more and more new perspectives for each other.

A person without experience or skills gets a unique opportunity to organize for himself furniture manufacturing at home. There are many detailed master classes with ready-made diagrams who will help you make any furniture, whether you have the necessary tools and a penchant for the craft.

Of course, you should start with simple projects, like the one presented in this master class. Known in narrow circles craftswoman Anna White prepared for everyone detailed instructions, which talks about how to make a simple chair from boards for your home or terrace with your own hands.

IN finished form it comes with stylish pillows. You can also make them yourself. Anna will briefly tell us about this too.

IN this project you can use the simplest lumber that does not require processing milling machine and production of complex groove joints.

Gather your materials and prepare everything you need before you begin. You will need:

Materials:
1. pine board 50 mm thick:
- 4 pcs x 50 x 100 x 550 mm - leg parts;
- 2 pcs x 50 x 100 x 810 mm - armrest parts;
- 6 pcs x 50 x 150 x 710 mm - side trim parts;
- 2 pcs x 30 x 30 x 710 mm - slats for seat parts;
- 4 pcs x 50 x 150 x 620 mm - back parts and lower part of the front panel;
- 2 pcs x 50 x 100 x 620 mm - upper part of the back and upper part of the front panel;
- 5 pcs x 50 x 100 x 620 mm - seat parts.
2. glue for woodworking;
3. furniture screws;
4. stain or protective and decorative oil for wood processing and tinting;
5. furniture varnish with a transparent coating or varnish toner.

Tools:

- a circular saw or miter saw for cutting boards;
- sander;
- electric drill;
- screwdriver;
- paint brushes;
- soft fabric lint free for oil;
- construction tape and square;
- pencil.

Step one: detailing and marking parts

When deciding on the final dimensions of the chair, the author proceeded from the dimensions of the seat and pillows for it. The seat is an even square with sides of 620 mm. If you want to change the dimensions of the chair, all the dimensions indicated in the master class will have to be recalculated.

Otherwise, take advantage of these great detailed diagrams and write down on paper all the details that you will need for the job. Please indicate the exact size of each part. You can find a list of them in the list of materials for this master class.

Before you begin, make sure that all your boards are planed to the same thickness, otherwise the finished chair will look like a typical artisanal piece. This processing of boards is carried out using a surface planer. As a last resort, you can order it from a workshop, but it is better to initially select properly processed lumber.

Mark the parts of the chair using a pencil and a square. Square - especially useful tool, if you plan to cut the boards by hand using a hacksaw.

Step two: making parts from boards

You will need thick boards 50 mm thick, but of different widths: 100 and 150 mm. In addition, prepare a rail no narrower than 30 mm for making parts of the base for the seat.

Cut the board to the required length using a miter saw or handheld circular saw. Both of these tools allow you to make perfectly straight cuts, which is very important when making furniture.

If you are using hand saw on wood, be prepared for the fact that the cuts will have to be adjusted by hand for neat tight joints.

Sand all the parts in any way convenient for you. For example, an electric sander. For sanding pine, a piece of block with sandpaper attached to it will do. True, such work will take much more time.

Step three: assembly wooden chair

Attach the trim pieces to the legs at intervals of approximately 20 mm. Pre-drill holes in the places where the screws will be screwed in to prevent the boards from splitting.

If you want the chair to serve you for a long time, use glue. In this case, apply a little wood glue to the joint, press the parts together and tighten the screw or self-tapping screw.

Fix the armrest on each of the side panels and connect the side panels to each other with the upper part of the backrest. Please note that along the inside of the chair all the upholstery parts are located flush with the frame, and along the outer contour they are somewhat recessed inward.

Insert your working strip into the gap between the side panels, place the upper part of the backrest in its proper place and secure it with screws. Screw the remaining back elements.

On the front panel, fasten a wide board at the bottom and a 100 mm narrow board at the top. Sew up the seat and to complete the assembly, secure the top back piece, placing it flat.

Try to screw in the screws in the same vertical line to make the job look neater.

After some time has passed, when the chairs have already been tested in everyday life, the author advises fastening the seat parts in such a way that the seat itself is positioned at a slight angle. This will make sitting much more comfortable. The same can be said about the back of the chair.

Step four: wood processing

It is convenient because it allows you to easily apply the composition and repeat this procedure at any time in order to refresh the product. In this case, all surface preparation for repainting comes down to light sanding by hand with sandpaper.

You can also use alcohol stain in combination with several layers of furniture varnish or, say, natural drying oil.

Apply the stain with a brush along the grain and try not to touch already painted areas again, otherwise the tone will be uneven.

A good alternative is also a decorative toner oil, which not only imitates valuable wood species, but also protects the wood from rot, mold and fungi, as well as from exposure to moisture.

You can varnish the chair with matte furniture varnish in order to extend its service life. Do not use varnishes on water based, since they do not have a sufficient level of strength and wear out quickly.

Apply the varnish in several layers, sanding each previous layer as soon as it hardens. Use fine grain for this sandpaper, and do the grinding itself carefully, without much pressure. Finishing layer There is no need to sand the varnish.

Step five: finishing touch

Such simple furniture like this wooden chair, it needs beautiful textiles. The author used ready-made furniture pillows with floral patterns.

However, you can make pillows with your own hands. To do this, you will need foam rubber (preferably furniture grade, high-strength), batting or thin foam rubber to give the pillows shape and additional volume, as well as strong threads, suitable fabric and a sewing machine.

Cut the thick foam into pieces of the size you need. In this case, into squares with sides of 600 mm. Wrap them in one or two layers of thin foam or batting. Attach the fabric and determine on the spot how much you will need to sew the covers.

You can also make the covers in advance according to the pattern and, based on their size and shape, prepare the filler.

If you plan to wash the covers and always keep the pillows clean, sew the covers from simple thick fabric and make a removable set with zippers that you can always remove and wash in the machine.

The production of which has a number of technological differences. The question arises: is it necessary to pay a lot of money for a finished product if you can make something similar with your own hands?

We will tell you about the process of making upholstered chairs, provide drawings, photographs and videos that will allow you to successfully complete the task. You will also find a list necessary materials and tools.

First of all, you need to decide on the upholstery material. There are significant differences in both the cost of upholstery and its physical properties. Let's look at the most popular options:

  • Velours. Velvety and fleecy fabric. Externally it resembles faux fur.
  • Chenille. Natural material, “diluted” with synthetic fibers. Thanks to this, the surface does not roll off and is practical and durable.
  • Flock. The fabric vaguely resembles velor, but experts recommend using flock to make child seats. The fabric is easy to clean and wash, has water-repellent and wear-resistant qualities, and does not fade.
  • Jacquard. The fabric is easy to clean and highly durable, but the structure includes synthetic fibers. Therefore, loose loops can lead to tightness.
  • Faux suede. The material is fleecy and durable, does not fade and can “breathe”. Ease of care is an added bonus.
  • Faux leather. The material is characterized by high wear resistance. In this case, the leather is distinguished by the presence of embossing.
  • Tapestry. This is a natural and very expensive fabric, which can be distinguished by its visible weaving. Multi-colored threads, woven into the overall structure, form beautiful patterns.

At the heart of the most primitive frame structures there is a plywood template. Therefore, you will need sheets of birch plywood, screws, nails and a standard set of tools:

  • protractor;
  • steel ruler;
  • compass;
  • bench and hand vices;
  • scriber;
  • files;
  • hand scissors;
  • hammer;
  • hacksaw;
  • adjustable wrenches;
  • soldering iron;
  • pliers;
  • table anvil;
  • hand drill;
  • chisel;
  • sharpener;
  • punch;
  • center punch

If you make a bean bag chair, your toolkit will be significantly reduced. In addition, there are simplified technologies developed folk craftsmen, which allow you to assemble an upholstered chair quickly and easily minimum set inventory.

How to make an upholstered chair with your own hands?

Any work cannot be started without a clear action plan. Decide on the design of the future piece of furniture. It is more difficult to create a frame chair, but it looks more respectable.

If you decide to sew a bean bag chair, get ready to master the patterns. Your actions will lie not so much in the field of furniture production, but in the field of sewing art. In any case, you will need an approximate budget and an idea of the consumption of materials. For example, a bean bag chair costs 1200-1300 rubles. This includes fabric for the outer (about 300-500) and inner (200-300) covers. Also, 500 rubles are allocated for the purchase of filler.

Perhaps you already have an old “grandfather’s” easy chair that has lost its presentation? Then you can retighten and repair it with your own hands, as shown in the following video:

Traditional soft product

An ordinary chair requires a thorough approach and an extensive preparatory stage. Let's look at the list of materials and tools required to make a plywood chair with upholstery:

  • 20mm plywood;
  • electric drill;
  • emery cloth;
  • screws;
  • jigsaw;
  • metal rims;
  • thin nails;
  • foam;
  • wood glue;
  • artificial leather;
  • stain;
  • black glossy paint;
  • pencil;
  • masking tape;
  • roulette.

Let's get started:

  1. After downloading one of the drawings below, proceed to large-scale work. Calculate the amount of materials and start making the template. First, cardboard templates are made, and plywood parts are cut out from them.
  2. The sides of a standard chair resemble a banana. You will also need cross bars. Decide on the angles of inclination, bending and dimensions of the product.
  3. The surface of the wooden parts is cleaned and sanded. Special attention pay attention to the ends - soak them in heated drying oil, flatten the fibers with a hammer (if bends are provided). Each frame detail is cut out using a jigsaw.
  4. The sides of the chairs are painted or treated with stain. The ends of the sidewalls are reinforced with metal rims. After this, the tightening process begins.
  5. They do it with an electric drill. required holes. The rims are fixed with screws. At first artificial leather The back part of the backrest is finished, then it’s the turn of the other fragments of the chair.
  6. To secure the fabric you will need wallpaper nails with large heads. At the back, the upholstery is fixed along the transverse parts (along the very edge), at the front it should cover the slats. It is better to treat the attachment points with wood glue - this will increase the level of reliability.

Bag chair

The simplest version of the bag is the so-called. You cannot do without the following materials:

  • calico or satin (about three meters);
  • a piece of fabric for the outer cover (about 3.5 meters);
  • meter-long zipper;
  • filler;
  • fabric for appliqué;
  • scissors, pins and thread with needles.

Manufacturing:

  1. Copy the pattern you like from the Internet, enlarge it and transfer it to the required parts. For the upper and lower covers, the work must be done separately. The result of your efforts is a small top bottom, a large bottom and six fabric wedges.
  2. Sew the wedges and start sewing the bag. Small area must be left unsewn. In addition, both bottoms are sewn together. Having finished with the top cover, proceed to sewing the bottom one - the procedure will be similar.
  3. From the fabric you choose, you need to cut out the elements for the applique - they are placed on top of the cover. A zipper is sewn into one of the gussets - this will allow you to remove the cover and wash it if it gets dirty. Two-thirds of the volume of the inner cover is filled with filler, which can be used as polystyrene foam.
  4. After compacting the inner cover with filling, insert it into the outer cover, and then fasten the zipper. The bean bag chair is completely ready for use.

Pay attention to the strength of the seams of the inner cover - they should not come apart under the influence of the weight of a sitting person.

We will discuss further how to make a children's soft chair with your own hands.

DIY bean bag chair

Baby chair

Making a frameless soft chair for a baby is as simple as making a regular bean bag chair. The difference lies solely in the dimensions and colors of this piece of furniture. Bright, cheerful colors that do not irritate the eyes and set the mood for positivity are welcome.

  • You can make a soft frame chair for a child with your own hands in the shape of a semicircular “sandwich” from wooden blocks and chipboard. The front wall of this design is made of plywood, the back wall is made of hardboard. The internal space of the glue along the bend of the back is filled with glued pieces of cardboard.
  • After waiting for the wall to dry, smooth out the unevenness construction knife. A layer of foam rubber is carefully glued on top, on which the upholstery will subsequently lie. You can use eco-leather or flock as upholstery fabric - these options will allow your design to survive the unequal struggle with felt-tip pens and paints.
  • Now about the dimensions. A standard adult chair has a meter height (some models reach 120 centimeters) with a bottom diameter of 30 centimeters and a top diameter of 15 centimeters. The height of the child seat should not exceed 60 centimeters (diameters will be 25 and 11 cm, respectively). Take this nuance into account at the pattern design stage.

How to make a chair from wood with your own hands: drawings and dimensions, plus assembly instructions and explanations for working with lumber

For comfortable rest At the dacha you need a comfortable chair. However, the same furniture is necessary in the apartment. Nice chair It’s not difficult to buy, although it won’t be cheap, but you can save money and assemble it yourself from wood. In this article you will find simple instructions making a wooden chair, and in addition, you will learn the rules of working with lumber.

Wood as the main material

Have you decided to make a chair and don’t know what materials to use? Best material- this is a tree, namely, boards, beams, furniture board and other solid wood lumber. There are several reasons for assembling furniture from wood and among them:

  • Easy wood processing. Working with wood is easier than with other materials from which furniture is usually made. Again, the tools found in most home workshops will suffice for woodworking;
  • Affordable price. Boards, timber and other lumber are still inexpensive considering how much is needed to make one chair. Moreover, you don’t have to buy lumber new, because there are used pallets;
  • Great appearance wooden furniture . The texture of the wood is different beautiful design fibers, which, of course, will decorate the chair you assemble, provided that you cover it with a clear varnish;
  • Durability. Solid wood furniture is superior in reliability to furniture assembled from plywood or particle boards. At correct operation a chair made of wood will last at least ten years.

Which type of wood is preferable? For assembling furniture, I recommend lumber from hardwood: aspen, linden, birch and fruit trees. Coniferous wood is knotty and resinous, which will complicate cutting materials and finishing the finished product.

Model selection

Now that you know what materials to make a chair from, all that remains is to decide on suitable model. I suggest short review popular options.

Regular chairs with armrests– essentially, these are chairs, but more massive and more comfortable

From pallets. This the best option in terms of ease of assembly and low cost of materials. Again, with a competent approach to the assembly process, the finished products will look modern and stylish.

Shell. Despite the complexity of the design, this chair looks great and provides the greatest comfort in comparison with other models. The only drawback of this option is the need to bend a lot of wooden parts.

From an electrical cable reel. Cable reel with a back made of edged boards- this is furniture that is not only cheap, but also quickly produced. It will be even easier to make such a chair than from pallets. In addition, thanks to its rounded sides, you can make a rocking chair from the bay.

A set of standard questions for a self-taught furniture maker

Before we start making a chair, I will comment on the questions that self-taught furniture makers most often ask.

What to cut with? For longitudinal cutting we use circular saw, for transverse and curved cuts we use a jigsaw or a hacksaw.

How to fasten wooden parts? The design of the seats has heavily and lightly loaded joints. For heavily loaded connections we use bolts with washers and nuts. For lightly loaded connections we use wooden dowels or furniture confirmations.

Paint or varnish? The choice of coatings depends on the quality of the lumber. If the wood has no visible defects, it can be tinted with stain and coated with clear varnish. If there are pigment spots on the surface or it was necessary to eliminate defects with putty, it is preferable to cover the part with primer and a continuous layer of paint.

How to reduce paint consumption? We noticed that when finishing armchairs paints and varnishes absorb into the surface and leave unpainted areas? The problem is that lumber has a porous structure and in order to reduce its absorbency, preliminary application of a primer or drying oil will be required.

Why do cracks appear? Often, novice craftsmen, having made furniture from wood, discover cracks appearing over time. The reason for cracking of lumber is uneven drying. The solution to the problem is to use initially dry wood.

Preparing for work

On preparatory stage We select a suitable drawing, prepare materials and prepare tools.

I suggest using not new purchased boards as materials, but wooden pallets. For one country chair it will take one and a half pallets. Considering that used pallets are sold for about 300 rubles, the price assembled furniture will be low.

Now let's select a drawing. The diagram shows the dimensions oriented to the structure of a person of average height. If necessary, the dimensions can be revised up or down.

This drawing shows several views of the chair, namely top, front and side views. The location is shown here fastening hardware, which provide a reliable connection.
