Qualification – “Master”
Persons accepted for the program who have a higher education (bachelor's, specialist's, master's degree) and have passed the entrance examination, indicating the applicant's ability to acquire knowledge and skills within the framework of the master's program.
note , that state-funded places can be applied to persons who have received education in bachelor’s and graduate programs and are enrolling in master’s programs for the first time.
Studying master's programs for persons who have a specialist's diploma or a master's degree is the receipt of a second or subsequent higher education and is carried out on a paid basis.
Form of study:
full-time, classes will take place in evening time from 18:00 to 21:10.
All classroom sessions will be broadcast, main lectures and seminars will be held online.
The main part of the classes is recorded and students have access to them. In this regard, non-resident students and students from near and far abroad can study under this program.
Duration of training: 2 years.
IN 2019 year, the FDO MGPPU provides places for master's program:
- 18 budget places ( free of charge )
- 20 off-budget places( on a contractual basis).
To study on a contractual basis, it is necessary to conclude an agreement on the provision of paid educational services.
Tuition fees for a master's program in 2019 year is :
- full-time education - 236,000 rubles. in year(monthly payment possible).
ATTENTION: it is planned to increase the cost from 240,000 per year and above.
Set of documents
- copies of passport pages: 2, 3, pages with information about current place residence, page 13 (on military duty) of the passport, which is verified when submitting documents with the original
- original and (or) copy (of the document itself and all inserts) of a diploma of higher education (upon enrollment, the original document is required)
- 4 matte photographs measuring 3x4 - color does not matter. Sign each photo on the back with your last name and initials
- a copy of the registration certificate or military ID, which is verified when submitting documents with the original (for those liable for military service)
- a copy of the corresponding document on the change of surname, name, patronymic, which is verified when submitting documents with the original (if the surname, name, patronymic are different in the passport and educational document). If the surname, first name, patronymic have changed several times, then you must provide copies of all documents confirming the change of surname (first name, patronymic). The admissions committee of the Moscow State University of Pedagogical University needs to make sure that the educational document belongs to you.
Documents required for admission are submitted to MSUPE:
- either personally or by an authorized representative
- or by sending through postal operators common use
(must be agreed in advance with the admissions committee of the Faculty of Distance Learning)
In the case of sending documents required for admission through public postal operators, these documents are accepted if they were not received by the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of the Moscow State University of Pedagogical University late completion of documents acceptance, established by the Rules reception.

I’m very pleased with the faculty, I especially liked the people I studied with and the teachers (the coolest were in the third year).
When I entered I couldn’t stand working with children, now I work in primary school and I am happy that I once chose this faculty.
I didn’t like that there were long lines in the cafeteria during the long break.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Educational Psychology of the Moscow State University of Pedagogical University in 2014 (Master’s degree, Department of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology). I remember with gratitude the teaching staff and all the employees of the University.
