Some phases of the Moon are excellent for influencing tuberous plants and root crops, while other phases serve to give your garden temporary peace.

What is the lunar calendar of a gardener and gardener, if we consider it in general? This is a plan for specific work for each month, respectively, in the garden and vegetable garden. You can look at the gardener’s Lunar sowing calendar for 2016, a table for Tatarstan or another region; favorable and unfavorable days for carrying out this or that kind of work will always be marked there.

If you follow the recommendations of this calendar, you will be able to grow a rich and tasty harvest, avoiding many problems along the way. Everything depends not only on what phase the Moon is in (waxing or waning, new moon or full moon), but in which of the twelve zodiac constellations the satellite is located at a particular moment in time.

ABOUT correct use Lunar calendar

So, this material contains several tables of the Lunar sowing calendar for different regions countries. They indicate days that are favorable or not for carrying out specific work. Gardeners know that planting and caring for crops is a multi-stage process. The Lunar calendar indicates all its possible facets.

Within the given table, you can highlight the days that will be most favorable for preparing seeds and soil for sowing, for direct planting or replanting, grafting plants, applying fertilizers to the ground or pruning decorative plants. fruit crops, pest control. Likewise, for all these types of work unfavorable or neutral days will be designated.

If you carefully consider the gardener's Lunar Sowing Calendar for 2016, the table for Western Siberia or other regions, then the main recommendations, of course, relate to sowing. The rules here are quite standard and, if you understand them once, the calendar will always be much easier to navigate.

New moon

It is best to refuse any work, especially sowing, during this period. The germination energy of seeds these days is weak. If you can’t sit still and you definitely want to do something, then you should trim the trees, do grafting: but no more.

Waxing Crescent

It is excellent during this phase of the Moon to grow so that later in the upper part, above the ground, part of the plant can be used for food. It is also excellent during this period to vaccinate and form the crown of fruit trees.

Full moon

Again the phase when it is best to stay away from your site. If you don’t want to waste time, take this day to destroy pests and diseased plants.

The moon is waning

When a satellite ages, as people say, or declines, as science says, those plants should be planted, the edible part of which is underground. These are root vegetables, bulbous flowers. Also during this period you can feed the plants, replant, and plant.

Despite the fact that there is such a clear division according to the phases of the Moon, it is worth noting that there is also a division according to the zodiac constellations. So, just by looking at the sky, the gardener will not be able to decide for himself what exactly is favorable to do in this moment. The Lunar calendar, compiled by specialists, will help here. Although, of course, it will be quite correct to focus on the phases of the moon and there is definitely nothing wrong with such orientation.

Sowing calendar for 2016 by month

Winter period: January and February 2016

The gardener's lunar sowing calendar for 2016, the table for the Tambov region or other regions will be slightly different. But, in general, it is worth focusing on general recommendations. In any corner of our country in January and February, no one will do anything in the garden or vegetable garden. This is a good period for carrying out preventive work.

In January, as a rule, the harvest from last year is still processed. The supplies should be sorted out to see if anything has spoiled or if pests have settled on the fruits. You can start preparing indoor plants for the new season: mix fresh soil for them.

In February, gardeners begin to actively prepare for spring. You can already sow cucumbers and tomatoes, peppers and strawberries for seedlings. Many people prepare greenhouses and clear the area at the end of winter. You can already plant greens and flowers in the prepared greenhouses.

Spring: March, April and May

Calendar lunar days for gardeners and gardeners this is a great opportunity to achieve high yields. Its compilation is based on the duration of the changing phases of the Moon. For summer residents and everyone who is interested in gardening, the 2016 calendar will become a kind of monthly diary of work carried out in the garden and beds. All days in the calendar are divided into favorable and unfavorable for sowing or planting seedlings. A unique sowing calendar will make it possible to carry out all activities when cultivating the land as required. Live nature. If field work is carried out according to the table for caring for vegetable and garden crops, compiled according to the phases of the moon, then gardeners will be able to grow a generous harvest. The satellite of planet Earth is the Moon, so everything fruit bushes, trees, flowers and vegetables obey the lunar cycles. This was noticed by our ancestors who were engaged in agriculture.

Depending on what sign the Moon is in when planting, the properties of the plants are determined. If the Moon is in an unfavorable phase during sowing, then even high-quality seeds can produce bad shoots. Consequently, sowing seeds and planting seedlings is recommended to be carried out at a time when the Moon opens a favorable phase of signs not only for tillage, but also for choosing the time of irrigation.

If the Moon enters water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces), water costs for irrigation are significantly reduced, since plants absorb it well. When the Moon is in another sign, more water is required. It should also be remembered that:

  • complex organic compounds It is better to contribute on the waning Moon;
  • mineral fertilizers - on growing.

In both cases, the Moon must be in Taurus, Cancer, Pisces Scorpio or Capricorn.

When to sow seeds

The qualities of plants are determined by what sign the Moon was in when sowing. In order for the germination rate to be high and the seedlings to be strong, the seeds must be sown on the right days. In addition, in favorable signs, plants should be replanted, fed, cuttings, grafted, etc.

Seeds are considered planted from the day they are sown in the ground or soaked in water. These events become the start for the growth of agriculture, since moisture reaches the seed embryo and awakens the seed. Programming high yields begins from the moment of sowing. It is impossible to change anything later (during transplantation or cuttings). By transplanting seedlings on a favorable day, we only correct its condition. For example, if the seeds were planted in Cancer, then they should be planted in Capricorn or Virgo, then the roots and stem of the sprout will become a little stronger.

Agroastrology is a very interesting thing. The main rule in it is this: when the sowing day corresponds to zodiac sign, but not quite suitable lunar phase, you should choose a zodiac sign, and carry out activities when the last day of the Moon’s stay in suitable sign. So, the sign of Sagittarius is suitable for sowing carrots, but the waning Moon is not suitable; sowing is carried out in this sign of the Zodiac, but on the last day of the Moon’s stay in Sagittarius. It is on this day that the lunar phase does not negatively affect carrot germination and yield.

When to water

Lunar calendar for seedlings for 2016 shows that when moistening plants, the phase of the Moon does not play any role. Here everything depends only on the zodiac sign. So, when watering sprouts at a time when the Moon is in Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces (water element), water consumption decreases, because during this period the plants absorb moisture well. In other zodiac signs, sprouts require much more water.

The Northern and Northwestern regions have peculiarities of irrigation. In these regions, the sprouts are irrigated while they are small and fragile. And when the plant grows and moisture collects on the leaves overnight, there is no need to water it. But after the rain, the soil in the beds must be loosened so that the moisture does not evaporate. On marshy ground frequent watering all added organic matter is washed away. This should also be taken into account.

It is also possible to plant plants without constant watering. For example, tomato seedlings were planted in open ground with mineral fertilizers and organic matter placed in the holes. After sprouting tomatoes, water until water begins to remain on the surface of the ground. Then sprinkle the surface around the sprout with dry soil to prevent moisture evaporation. You don’t have to water the plant all summer, don’t fertilize it, and only loosen the soil after rain. Tomatoes planted in this way ripen very quickly.

When to feed

It is best to add organic matter to the soil on the waning Moon, which is in signs such as Taurus, Scorpio, as well as Capricorn, Pisces or Cancer. But it is best to add minerals in the same signs, but only on the waxing Moon.

For example, if you decide to fertilize with organic matter, you need to make an infusion of slurry or weeds on the waning moon immediately after the day of the full moon. After the fertilizer has fermented in a few days, you need to start fertilizing. We feed the plants 2-3 times during the season.

Garden work

All garden and garden work correctly carried out according to the lunar cycle.

  1. Seeds should not be sown during the new moon, since during this period the energy of sprouting is reduced. When the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, it is better to start pruning fruit trees.
  2. During the waxing moon cycle, you need to plant green plants, that is, those whose edible part is above the surface of the earth. In addition, trees can be grafted onto the growing Moon and crowns can be formed.
  3. The full moon is especially dangerous for crops and transplants. At full moon It is better to devote time to combating plant diseases, as well as protecting them from pests. During the full moon, you should also pay attention to the protection of garden and fruit crops.
  4. As the Moon wanes, it is recommended to plant those plants that have edible “roots,” that is, the part that is underground. Feeding the root system, watering, replanting and planting crops will be of great benefit these days.

  4. The most unfavorable time for landings is the Moon, which is in Aquarius. At this time, of course, it is best to pay more attention to watering the plants.

In any case, using gardener's lunar sowing calendar for 2016, it is necessary to take into account the natural changes in your region.

If you approach this matter very seriously, then, naturally, you can significantly increase the growth efficiency of planted crops, and thereby increase the entire harvest.

Sowing seeds

The period of time during which the Moon makes a complete revolution around the Earth is called the sidereal month of the Moon. During this time, the Moon passes through all 12 signs of the Zodiac.

Each of the signs of the Zodiac belongs to a certain element, which have their own, very specific qualities.

To the elements Fire belong to the signs Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.
To the elements Air- Gemini, Libra, Aquarius.
To the elements Earth- Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn.
To the elements Water- Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces.

Days Air And Sveta- Gemini, Libra, Aquarius.

Days Heat- Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.
Days Cold- Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn.

Days Fruits- Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.
Days Roots- Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn (fertilize these days).
Days Colors- Gemini, Libra, Aquarius (fertilize these days - we will get a lot of flowers).

Position of the Moon in the Zodiac Signs- this is the external influence of certain types of energies that affect not only the growth and productivity of plants (the greatest fluctuations in productivity depending on planting in a certain sign Zodiac signs were noticed in potatoes, radishes and legumes), but most importantly - on the condition of the soil.

Depending on the sign in which the Moon was at the time of sowing, the plants are endowed with certain qualities. They can be productive with low-quality seeds or low-yielding with high-quality seeds, tall or short, fragile or strong. Therefore, sowing, planting and replanting plants should be carried out when the Moon is in favorable signs for cultivating the land and watering: Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces, taking into account the phase of the Moon for different plants. At the same time, cuttings, grafting, and rooting of mustaches are carried out.

The day of sowing a seed is the time when it touched the ground, or the time when we put it in water to soak. That is, as soon as moisture began to flow through the seed shell to the embryo, we can talk about the beginning of awakening. On this day, the plant’s harvest program is set, which cannot be changed during transplantation. Transplantation can only correct the condition of the plant. So, for example, if you sowed in Cancer, then you can pick in Virgo or Capricorn root system and make plant stems less fragile.

There is one very thing in agroastrology important rule: if the zodiac sign is suitable for sowing, but the phase of the Moon is not suitable, then you need to focus on the sign and carry out the work on the last day of the Moon’s stay in this favorable sign. For example, good sign for sowing carrots, Taurus, and the phase of the Moon - growing, does not suit us. Then we sow in Taurus, but on the last day the Moon is in this sign. The phase of the Moon on this day will have almost no effect on the growth and harvest of carrots in the future.

Watering plants

Water is used more economically for irrigation, i.e. is better absorbed by plants when the Moon is in water signs Cancer, Pisces, Scorpio. The phase of the moon does not matter for watering. In other signs, plants use more water.

In the Northern and Northwestern regions, we mainly water plants in closed ground and ridges in open ground while the plants are still small. If the leaf apparatus has grown, it collects night moisture well and watering is not necessary. After rain, the soil on the ridges must be loosened, not allowing the moisture to evaporate. But if the leaves of neighboring plants are closed, then loosening may not be necessary. In swampy areas, with constant watering, all the humus that we ourselves create is washed away, and only dust remains.

For example, we planted tomatoes in open ground and filled the holes with organic matter and mineral fertilizers. When planting, we water the seedlings abundantly, so that the water barely drains away. Then we sprinkle the surface around the plant with dry soil so that the moisture does not evaporate, and that’s it. During the summer we never water or feed, we only loosen it after rain and shape it. Such tomatoes have time to turn red by mid-August.

Feeding

We apply organic fertilizers, including fertilizing, on the waning Moon in Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces. On the contrary, it is better to apply mineral fertilizers in the same signs during the waxing Moon.

For example, you need to feed the weeds with slurry or infusion. We make an infusion on the waning Moon after the Full Moon in plastic barrel(can be placed in a greenhouse). After 3-5 days the infusion will ferment - it’s time to feed it. During the season we feed this infusion twice, rarely three times. IN open ground- only leeks.

Simple rules for the gardener:

Mineral fertilizing can be carried out during the waxing Moon.

Organic fertilizers It is better to carry out during the waning moon.

Harvesting hay

To facilitate drying, it is recommended to mow grass under the Moon in a dry sign (Aries, Gemini, Leo, Sagittarius, Aquarius). Hay can rot from being mowed in water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces). Grass cut near the New Moon dries faster, but the hay will be depleted of nutrients. This hay can be used as biofuel or as bedding for livestock.

But in rainy summer There is no time for biodynamics, here they use any sunny day for mowing.
