Siberian heating boiler from the manufacturer. Solid fuel boilers and stoves "NMK Siberia". Advantages of Siberia boilers

Hello! My name is Ivan Davydov, I am a manufacturer of automatic coal boilers, perhaps many people know me in absentia ( The simplest do-it-yourself charcoal machine , Screw boiler Gorynych, House made of timber, Boiler based on energy-TT) – My published works. ads: Budget 22 kilowatts, Screw 25 kilowatt, Screw 35 kilowatt, 30t kilowatt, 80t kilowatt.

I invite you to take part in the development of a screw coal boiler as a buyer - at a cost of 100 thousand rubles, owners of houses with an area of 70 to 200 tons square meters(15 kilowatts nominal). This model is the younger brother Shnekovy for 25 kilowatts,

Pros of this boiler:
1. Rarely cleaning the heat exchanger, compared to similar screw boilers and boilers long burning, for example, my boilers easily remove all heating season without cleaning (but in fact, any boiler needs to be cleaned at least once a month - but not all manufacturers even last up to the 1st week):

2. "Endless" Reverse auger when jammed(when jammed, a reverse occurs - several attempts to feed - if the auger wedges, then the work continues; if it does not wedge, then after a while it tries to feed coal again);
3. Large box for ash and slag. In stock condition (without additional charge for increasing the ash compartment and drawer like others)
4. Flare the burner does not bake the cakes on any coal (Stone, Brown), and if it bakes, it pushes it down itself.
5. Small-sized torch burner (the portion of coal on the burner is minimal) - during the off-season in “Stop” - minimum bituminous resins are released, the heat exchanger will not become overgrown.
6. You can pour coal into the bunker directly from the frost and partly with snow (Do not pre-dry it in the boiler room like others) nothing will freeze, but still you need to pour dry required fraction coal;
7. Not picky about faction It will turn individual large pieces into “seeds and nuts” - a powerful gearbox and auger cope with this task with a bang;
8. None does not cut the key- she’s just not there... It’s just reliable protection according to the current it copes with its task.
9. When the power is turned off, I guarantee that the boiler itself will “Start” through 6 hours when power is restored.
10. A boiler without decorative trims will be additionally heat the room, in which it is located (car service station, box, garage, technical floor under the house). And when installing the boiler in a separate boiler room, frozen coal poured into the bunker will be additionally warmed.
11. Spacious Hopper, 215 liters. Completely sealed – fire in the bunker provided that the hopper lid is closed – impossible.
12. Indestructible doors, handles and seals on them.
13. Reliable gearbox;
16) Damper (gate) adjustable on the chimney, in case of February winds - reduced draft.
17) Easily withstands high pressure in the system.
20) The boiler is very compact(1200Х800Х1500 – Width X Depth X Height)

21) With this boiler already can be controlled by the average Woman.

Disadvantages of the boiler:
1) The possibility of the auger jamming still remains...
2) When the auger jams, the supply of coal stops completely and the boiler begins to quickly lose temperature, unlike my other boilers, which not only do not jam, but also when jammed they continue to burn from 6 to 12 hours;
3) If you want to use the boiler as “CT Energy” or in the “Grate Combustion” mode, an additional uninterruptible source power supply... Or fence off the emergency cooling unit;
4) A steel burner in the boiler is enough for 2 years of use, but there are 2 of them in the set;
5) You will have to lift the buckets high when loading the hopper - the loading hole is from the floor at a height of 1500mm.

From the author: For the last 3 years, the thought of making a truly budget automatic boiler has not left me - A lot of different boilers have been made since those times.
So once again, while winter is still around the corner, I made an attempt. For six months, they began to prepare for the creation of a boiler with Roman Kuzin from the city of Rubtsovsk, one of the large producers of TT Energy in Russia, Constructive decisions think through. I gathered my willpower into a fist and went to visit the Cauldron to draw, cut, cook, test. And what I want to say is that we got 2 completely new models - combined best solutions mine and Romina's - found a compromise. We sat for a week, not leaving Laptops and Computers from 8:00 to 24:00 at night, and made 2 racing models, so far the second one is in the manufacturing stage - I decided to post the first one, tests at the stand of this boiler in a week.
So this is what I propose: At a price of 80 thousand rubles. I guarantee to make a screw boiler for you, the boiler will have a hopper of about 210 liters... Works on nut fractions (0-50 mm), seeds (15-25), pellets (6-10 mm), on wood using a cast iron grate on top of the burner . The ash box is enough for at least 1 bunker... The body of the boiler is superior to Polish boilers and their “locally produced” analogues. Thickness of metal used on the body of the boiler will be 3mm. Will not be used in the heat exchanger horizontal sections– this design of heat transfer surfaces does not require weekly cleaning. The combustion chamber is extended. The boiler is 1.5 meters high.
The boiler is budget - there will be no problems.
All this is not Polish work - it’s mine personal experience, worked out in practice...
Boiler name:"AUTO Energy".

The thickness of the metal is 3mm - both the outer and inner casing of the boiler, it is possible to make it from thicker metal, or even from stainless steel - then the boiler should be enough for grandchildren. But it's all worth it extra money, and on the other hand, in Ukraine they make TT energy boilers from 3mm - for 7 years there has not been a single case of problems with the boiler jacket - and their coal is more aggressive. Corrosion from oxygen in water is not as bad as corrosion inside the firebox. If in the first case longevity can be achieved by rarely changing the coolant, then in the second case it can be much unpredictable. Therefore, to avoid condensation in the boiler, we keep the temperature at the boiler outlet at least 60 degrees. Well, the fact that some people put it thicker is a controversial issue and is often done for the sake of marketing. They say, ours is thicker, which means it’s better, come on))).

At the beginning of summer, he called out for exactly the same help for me, for a model of 30 kilowatts - exactly 10 different boilers were made, several different bunkers, bunkers from 250 liters to 1.5 cubic meters:

This bunker is small, only 600 liters in capacity... This 500 square house, 30 kilowatt boiler (as calculated, in fact it turned out to be around 45 kW) consumes this bunker in exactly 3 days and there is space for ash in the boxes for exactly 3 days.

Bunker with loading from the street... small at 400 liters. A pipe is welded from the street to the bunker - pour coal through the funnel, after filling the coal, the funnel is removed and the lid on the pipe is closed.

A couple of photos of the production process at the stage of assembling the boiler into one whole from many different parts.

And so we delivered 30-kilowatt boilers on weekends, and a stock bunker for a 30-kilowatt boiler for 250 liters.

It was installed in several boilers instantaneous water heater- 2 circuits of 15 meters each... With a flow rate of 9 liters per minute - this flow rate is enough for the most powerful tropical shower in the shower stall, so the water output is 50t degrees at constant flow, at the inlet +6+10 degrees, temperature in the boiler 60 degrees.

The 1.5 cubic hopper is also a cool machine.
All these boilers are already working... on houses of 250 square meters and up to 500 square meters, all 9 out of 10.

This is how my daughter and I spent time in the workshop... While they were waiting for my mother to get home from work. Wearing welding gloves - it turned out so funny. It was never possible to teach her to cook - probably this is not a woman’s task, as I think

The screw boiler went to Krasnoyarsk... Under the Gorynych -1 logo.
We need to go to the owner of the boiler and preach about the boiler being a worker.

We also managed to play around... Did you want to put this cauldron on your desk in your office? But the desire to drown it overpowered... He presented it as an exhibit to the Station Young Technicians in our city.
Video of work:

Gorynych-1 Who went to Kazakhstan... To the city of Karaganda - it turns out that it actually exists and I was there

To summarize: Everyone who took part last time in the manufacture of 30 kilowatt boilers - at cost, were satisfied, it's freezing now Everyone has about enough bunker for 3 days, in warmer weather it lasted for more days. No one has cleaned the heat exchanger yet - we keep statistics on how the first boiler clogs - interesting.
And I was able to pay more or less decent wages to the boys, gained invaluable experience, and I am very pleased - even though I didn’t see any money from the production of these boilers... It’s invaluable experience
There is already some work this design The boiler works great on our local coals - but the lack of a normal smoke exhaust engine spoils the whole “buzz” - until I find a suitable engine design, I will not make this model.

I will install my own control units with screens from 2.8 to 7 inches - touch. If the Polish analogues cut off the key when jammed, then this will not happen to me - when jammed, the current reverse will be triggered - and the boiler will try to wedge the auger on its own for some time. Perhaps with such a system, there will be no specific biting of the auger at all...
An advance payment of 80 thousand rubles will be required. We conclude an agreement, wait 1-1.5 months.
The boiler will have a full 2 year warranty on everything and after the end of the warranty, I think everything will be resolved if something happens.

Introduction

The heroes of our today's review - heating boilers produced by the NMK plant under the Siberia brand. We will analyze in detail how they compare favorably with competitors and which ones have disadvantages..

The Novosibirsk plant "NMK" produces solid fuel boilers "Sibir" of two series "Gefest" and "KVO". Let's look at each of the models in turn and find out what advantages these devices have among their Russian counterparts.

Steel boilers for wood and coal "Sibir" KVO

The KVO series was specially designed for those who need an inexpensive household boiler for country house or dachas. The manufacturer tried to take into account all the wishes of consumers and create a truly worthy and universal heating device.

In total, 5 standard sizes of Siberia boilers are produced: KVO 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 kW. The main material for manufacturing is heat-resistant steel, but some parts are made of cast iron.

“Sibir” KVO series is a classic solid fuel boiler with a water jacket, but still its design has a number of features:

  • To increase efficiency, a water-tube grate is used. The grate on which the fuel combustion process occurs consists of pipes connected to a water jacket. This further increases the heat removal area and thereby the efficiency of the boiler.
  • In the combustion chamber, on the path of movement flue gases, are cross beams filled with coolant. As in the case of a grate, this allows you to maximize the heat from the burning fuel and direct it to the heating system.
  • The boiler cover is hob made of steel 12 mm thick with holes various diameters for installing dishes. In essence, the Siberia KVO boiler is a hybrid of a heating device and kitchen stove. It is also convenient to pour coal through these round holes in the lid.
  • In addition to heating the coolant using the energy of burning wood or coal, it is possible to install a 3 kW heating element. It can be used to maintain the required temperature in the heating system at night or to prevent the coolant from freezing during short-term departures from home.

For ease of installation and piping, each standard size has several options for the location of the flue gas pipe and the supply and return pipes. For example, the pipes can be located on the left or on the right wall.

The operating principle is no different from other traditional combustion devices, such as, for example. Coal or firewood is loaded into the firebox and ignited. Solid fuel, when burned, heats the coolant in the heat exchanger. Through the supply line pipe, the coolant enters the heating system, giving off heat to the premises, and then returns back to the boiler.

Let's look at the main characteristics of the KVO series:

Especially for the site, we asked one of the owners of the Sibir KVO boiler to talk about the experience and nuances of its use, and here is his review:

I installed the Sibir KVO 10 TPE boiler in my small country house. I’ll say right away that the presence of a hob captivated me, and the price for a pensioner is very affordable. I heat with wood, I have to refill it about once every 5 hours, they burn out pretty quickly. I would switch to coal, but we have problems with it. In principle, I am satisfied with the device, quite acceptable quality for the money.

Igor Nikolaevich, Khabarovsk

As you can see, floor standing boilers“Siberia KVO” is ideal for a summer residence, due to the fact that it can be used not only as a heating device, but also as a stove for cooking. And if you visit the dacha only on weekends, heating elements will allow you to avoid freezing of the coolant in your absence.

Household heating boilers "Siberia" Hephaestus

Boiler "Siberia" Hephaestus - a new product on the domestic market heating technology. It has been produced since 2014, but can already compete with devices that have been on the market for a long time, such as A total of three standard sizes are produced for 15, 20 and 30 kW.

Photo 3: Floor-standing solid fuel boiler with hob"Siberia" Hephaestus

Like any other classic solid fuel boiler, the “Siberia” Hephaestus has a firebox surrounded by a water jacket. Under the grate there is a spacious ash pan drawer for collecting solid waste. Flue gases are discharged through a pipe at the rear of the boiler into the chimney. In addition to these generally standard units, there are also some features:

Photo 4: Window vertical loading heating boiler "Siberia" Hephaestus
  • As a backup heating source, it is possible to install a 4 kW heating element. It can be used to stabilize operation between loads and to preheat the heating system in the absence of the owner.
  • There are supply and return pipes on the left and right walls of the boiler for ease of installation and piping. The unused supply line pipe is closed with a plug, and a 4 kW heating element unit can be installed in the free return pipe.
  • To control the combustion process, you can optionally install a mechanical draft regulator. A separate output is provided for its installation on the front panel. The sensor measures the water temperature in the boiler and, if necessary, opens or closes the ash pan damper using a long chain.
  • To increase efficiency, the grate bars are filled with water. Beams with coolant inside the loading chamber are used for the same purposes.
  • Under the top cover of the boiler there is round hole leading into the firebox. It can also be used to load the boiler with fuel, as well as to install a pan or other kitchen container.
  • The boiler casing is covered with wear-resistant paint, and on the front panel there is a thermometer for visual control of temperature conditions solid fuel boiler.

Photo 5: Loading chamber of the solid fuel heating boiler “Siberia” Hephaestus

“Siberia” Hephaestus works exactly the same as a regular one. Let's take a closer look at its characteristics:

On a thematic forum we found a thread with discussions about the “Siberia” Hephaestus line, and here’s what people are saying about them:

Hephaestus installed 30 kW on the terrace of his country house. House 180 m² made of blocks, double glazed windows. It heats up fine, but it's not particularly hot. Of course, you have to throw it often; one thing that saves you is the terrace nearby. In short, the device is not without its shortcomings, but for that kind of money, I think it’s better not to buy it.

Anatoly Vladimirovich, Rostov

In terms of price-quality ratio, the “Siberia” Hephaestus is a pretty good model, and is suitable where a budget one is needed heating system not involving serious loads. In other cases, it is better to buy a more serious boiler.

As a video review, watch a short video from YouTube about the Siberia KVO boiler:

We deliver throughout Russia and the CIS countries. All goods in the Novy Gorod company are sold at the manufacturer's price.

Advantages of Siberia boilers

1. Compactness. The dimensions of the boiler allow it to be installed in almost any room.
2. Cost-effective. The specially designed boiler design allows maximum use thermal energy during fuel combustion.
3. Information content. The temperature of the water in the boiler is shown by a bimetallic thermometer built into the body.
4. Using a block of heating elements. The ability to connect a block of heating elements with a thermostat allows you to leave the boiler on for a long time, and it will automatically turn on and maintain a positive temperature in the heating system.
5. Durability. Uninterrupted operation of the boiler is guaranteed for ten years.
6. Manufacturability. Due to the introduction of a water grate, maximum heat transfer to the carrier is achieved and the rate of heat transfer to the system is increased. The boiler has also been modified and has an automatic draft regulator, which allows you to automatically maintain comfortable temperature coolant. This boiler is suitable for closed system heating. It has an additional door added to the combustion chamber, allowing heat loss to be reduced to a minimum.
7. Presentable appearance. Visually, the boiler looks in the spirit of the times, has a pleasant color scheme And stylish design.
8. Ease of use. The design of this boiler is made with maximum convenient location elements, significantly improving its ergonomics.

Solid fuel heating boilers allow you to generate thermal energy by burning various types solid fuel: firewood, coal, pellets, peat. This is heating equipment that has stood the test of time.

Such boilers are easy to use and reliable. Most of them are independent of power supplies and do not require special permission for installation. They can be used as the only heating device, or as a backup source of thermal energy in conjunction with a diesel heating boiler or electric boiler.

You can use solid fuel boilers for heating a private house or cottage, including cottages, garages and utility buildings. Their use is especially important in areas where it is not possible to connect to the gas supply line or there are power outages.

Solid fuel boilers: main types

Heating solid fuel boilers can vary significantly in operating principles and other parameters. The following types of equipment are distinguished:

    • allow you to obtain thermal energy by burning fuel, usually coal or firewood. Heat exchangers of traditional models can be made of steel or cast iron. Cast iron units have a longer service life, and steel ones are more resistant to sudden temperature changes.
    • They work on wood fuel, which during combustion decomposes into gaseous substances and dry residue. Such boilers have a higher efficiency compared to traditional ones.
    • represent the most modern designs, which are becoming increasingly popular. They use fuel economically and do not need cleaning more than 2-3 times a month. The design of the boiler ensures that the combustion of the upper fuel layer is limited, which makes it possible to load fuel much less frequently - up to 1 time per day.
    • are attractive to many owners of private houses due to the availability of fuel and the possibility of complete autonomy of operation. The rather high cost of such units compared to traditional ones solid fuel boilers pays off due to the high efficiency of the equipment. Significant disadvantage of these boilers is the significant area they occupy.
    • allow you to significantly reduce the frequency of fuel loading, because equipped with a coal bunker and automatic system its supply to the firebox. In addition, coal in such devices is burned under pressure, which makes the process of generating thermal energy more productive.

Buy a solid fuel boiler: what to look for

Before you buy a solid fuel boiler for a private home or other premises, you need to analyze the main parameters of its operation and understand how well they meet your needs.

    • The boiler power is selected based on the parameters of a particular room, in particular its area. An approximate calculation of the required power can be made based on the indicator: 1 kW will be required to heat 10 square meters. m of area with a room height of no more than 3 m.
    • The type of fuel the boiler runs on also affects its power and operating time when fired alone. As a rule, for each boiler the manufacturer recommends the use of certain types of fuel, which should be followed for the most effective use equipment.
    • The volume of the loading chamber affects the frequency of fuel loading. The larger it is, the less often this procedure will have to be performed.
    • The design and installation features of the selected model must correspond to the parameters of the room in which the boiler is planned to be installed, in particular its dimensions. In addition, you need to consider how convenient it will be to open the doors and clean the boiler. Some models are equipped with a function mechanical cleaning.
    • Specificity of traction. If you need to install the boiler in a room far from the source of electricity, then you should buy a solid fuel boiler that runs on natural draft. If centralized electricity is available, it is more convenient to use an automatic boiler. Such models are economical and more convenient to use and control, which is carried out using a controller and can even be done remotely.
    • The safety of the boiler is also important, so you should choose a model equipped with an auto-shut-off function.

Solid fuel boilers, the price of which can vary from the most budgetary to more expensive options, are designed for a long service life, so it is worth choosing a supplier who carries out professional installation, configuration of the heating unit, and is also ready to provide warranty service.

Thanks to the anomalous zone that is created Siberian boilers in Yakutia, a place appeared that has been nicknamed Death Valley since ancient times. Despite the development of mankind, today, just as before, tourists, researchers and journalists do not give up on the desire to see and solve this mystical mystery.

Death Valley and its Siberian Cauldrons

According to the main sources, Death Valley is an anomalous zone located in the valley of the Vilyui River. This mysterious place located in the Mirninsky ulus of the republic north of the reservoir. The place received its unusual and terrible name due to the deaths that occurred with hunters from these places. This is where the so-called Siberian boilers.

Local inhabitants, supporting their stories with real facts, drawings and biography, tell how in this anomalous zone hunters used certain huge bronze cauldrons as lodgings for the night, after which terrible things happened to them. Upon arrival home, the hunters became very ill and even died. People have seen that if you spend the night in a cauldron twice, a person will die in the very near future. But why? What causes the death of a person in this zone? We will try to answer these and many other questions.

History and secrets

The first time in history that Death Valley was mentioned was in the mid-19th century. The researcher and naturalist, and simply a grandiose personality, Richard Mack told the whole world about it. From 1853 to 1855, he conducted a lot of research here, including in the basins of rivers such as the Chona, Vilyui and Olekma. In addition to studying the terrain and water bodies, he also spent a lot of time getting to know the local unusual peoples who inhabit this wild region.

Studying the researcher’s notes, it became known that near the Algyi Timirbit River, which in translation sounds like a large drowned cauldron, there really is an object that in its shape resembles a cauldron. The item is made entirely of copper. Its exact dimensions are unknown, since most of it is in the ground, but it is known that trees and small shrubs grew in the cauldron itself at that time. From this we can conclude that this boiler is simply enormous in size. After Richard published the book, the whole world learned about the unusual place and the cauldron, but to equip an entire expedition to such a difficult area for the sake of one metal object in the form of a cauldron, no one dared.

It has also been proven that in 1971, local ufologists documented the story of a local old-timer, a hunter, who talked about the terrible Death Valley. He confirmed the fact that between the two rivers Nyurgun and Ataradak there is a huge metal container, in which lie the remains of people in iron clothes. But not a single local resident will dare to get closer to the boiler or climb into it.

As a rule, not a single tourist dares to do this; the price for ordinary human curiosity may be too high. And, no matter how hard you try to explain all things scientifically, after traveling around the world, you understand that there are holy places and cursed things that cannot be explained scientifically, and rituals of ancient peoples that break all the laws of physics.

How to get to Death Valley

The river is located 103 km from the city of Mirny. Every day a train passes to Vileika. You can also get there by train or bus. As a rule, tourists take a navigator with them to the anomalous zone. But remember that all electronic items here malfunction from time to time.
