  • Work experience– the number of years worked in the 1C:Franchisee system and in the Company.
  • Qualification– measured by the number of “1C:Specialist” certificates, as well as the subjective opinion of the employee’s manager, based on experience in performing work for clients.
  • Competencies– determined by the set of types of work that an employee is able to perform efficiently.

  • Service engineer– an employee who has been working in the company for up to six months has at least one 1C: Professional certificate. Leading Specialist– an employee who has been working in the company for more than a year and has one certificate: 1C: Specialist 8 or 1C: Specialist Consultant. An employee of this level is fluent in the designated subject area, is oriented in related areas, has experience in solving various accounting problems, experience participating in project teams, and communicates well. The employee has permission to perform work:

  • Service works

Configuring 1C:Enterprise– configuration, writing program code, setting up software, transferring data, participating in the work of project teams.

Expert– an employee who has been working in the company for more than 2 years and has 2 or more 1C: Specialist 8 or 1C: Specialist-Consultant certificates. Such an employee is characterized by excellent knowledge of several subject areas, great experience successfully solving complex problems for clients of various profiles, various types activity, excellent communication skills. The employee is authorized to perform the following types of work:

  • Work on setting up 1C:Enterprise
  • Configuring 1C:Enterprise

1C programmer

How to recognize an adequate specialist

  • he can speak in an accessible language! There is a stereotype that programmers communicate only in this language clear language and talk to ordinary people do not know how. But do not forget that a 1C programmer is a business programmer and he must be able to talk with people;
  • he does not hesitate to talk about his lack of some practical skills and lack of experience. But at the same time, he will clearly explain to you how he will solve a problem on a topic in which he has no experience;

At the same time, the lack of experience itself can even be a plus. Because the applicant’s salary expectations are directly related to his experience.
