Ingredients:

  • lavash – 3 sheets;

Cooking method:

  4. Combine eggs with cream and ½ of the indicated portion of grated cheese.
  5. Squeeze the garlic through a press, finely chop the greens, add to the filling. Salt and pepper.
  6. Grease the lavash sheets with sour cream and overlap each other.
  7. Spread the rest of the grated cheese evenly over the sheets and place the fried filling on top.
  8. Twist the sheets into a tight rope. Its length will be about a meter. It needs to be cut into pieces corresponding to the length of the shape.

  10. Pour the prepared mixture of eggs, cream and cheese over the dish.
