At the very beginning, we told you that you are given the choice of catching one of three Pokemon: Charmander, Squirtle or Bulbasaur. But if you avoid the temptation to catch them, ignore them and move away from them, you can meet everyone’s favorite Pikachu. But to do this, you may have to repeat these steps several times.
Pokemon are found with different levels of combat power - CP (Combat Power). In order to raise a Pokemon's CP, you will need two resources: Stardust, which you get with each Pokemon you catch, and special Pokemon Candies, which can be obtained by catching duplicates of the Pokemon whose level you want to level up.

How to fight other players and Pokemon
From the fifth level there is an entrance to the Gym (gym – hall). If you find a free gym, you're in luck. Leave your “representative” there.
If the Gym is captured by another player, then first look at the Combat Power level ( C.P.) defender and compare with your Pokemon.
A detachment is sent to attack six pokemon. The strongest monsters go first. Your leader's CP should be a maximum of one and a half times less than that of the defender. Otherwise the attack will fizzle out.
If CP is not enough, then the first fighter should be pumped up. Click on it and tap Power Up, spending a certain amount Stardust(Sturdust), - this will increase the Pokemon's health and stamina.
