Before starting work, rinse and dry the bottles thoroughly and remove the labels. If the stickers are paper, they can be removed with soapy water. It is better to cut bottles with a sharp knife. For thin plastic, a paper cutter will work. In some cases, it is more convenient to wash bottles after cutting.
Phone charging holder
You can use a shampoo bottle to make a handy organizer that will really make your life easier. We will cut a holder that you can hang on an outlet to charge your phone anywhere. If before you had to place your phone in some inconvenient way (on the floor or on a chair, for example), now we will get rid of this.
We will need:
- shampoo bottle;
- textile;
- glue.
Cut something like a pocket out of the bottle. We don't need the cork, neither does the front part. For convenience, divide the bottle exactly in half, and then make a protrusion on one side that ends right under the neck. Make a rectangular cutout at the top. So that it roughly matches the size of the charger.
We coat the bottle with glue on all sides. It is most convenient to do this with a sponge so that it is distributed evenly, and the fabric does not get wet from its excess. Wrap the shampoo bottle completely in cloth. Then we make cuts with a cutter and scissors. You don’t have to bother with the interior decoration – plastic of any color will look quite decent. But the bottom can be pasted over to make the accessory look complete.
In your free time, you can store a charger in the holder. So the wire will always be in place.
Hanging organizer
Storing sponges and brushes directly on the sink is usually very inconvenient. It would be great to organize all the little things correctly - a shampoo bottle will help us with this.
We will need:
- large bottle;
- acrylic paints;
- marker;
- utility hook.
We cut a “window” in the bottle. Thread a hook through the neck. This is very convenient: at any time the bottle can be removed and hung back, replaced, moved, etc.
Let's paint the future organizer with acrylic paints. If the plastic is already beautiful, you just need to remove the labels. To somehow decorate the craft, we will use a permanent marker. You can make an interesting inscription or a cute drawing.
In this homemade organizer made from a shampoo bottle, all household items will be ventilated and will not become moldy. It is also very easy to clean. Well, if it goes bad, it won’t be difficult for you to make a new one.
Flower pot
It will not be possible to grow a heavy flower in such a flowerpot, but light climbing plants will feel comfortable in a shampoo bottle. This idea is especially good for a summer house or decorating a balcony.
We will need:

- marker;
- earth and flower.
Divide the bottle approximately in half, but leave the back intact and round it. Cut a planter that can be hung from the back. Make a hole using an awl. Draw a design on the bottle with a permanent marker. If you don't have one, use acrylic paints, plastic liner, or even nail polish.
The flower can be planted directly into the bottle - no additional pot is needed. If drainage is necessary, make several holes in the bottom of the bottle.

Let's continue the floral theme and cut out a flowerpot from a shampoo bottle.
We will need:
- tall bottle;
- colored decorative tape;
- any decor (preferably massive).
You need to make holes in the bottle on both sides. To make them look beautiful, it is best to treat the edges with paint or colored braid. We decorate the side edges of the bottle with colored craft tape. We use it to wrap the neck and hide the joint.
Let's decorate our flowerpot made from a plastic bottle with decorative items made of polymer clay, beads, buttons or bows. You can pour the soil directly into the bottle and plant a small flower there. Or put a tiny pot in a flower pot and remove it when necessary.
Baby fish
A bright shampoo bottle can be an excellent basis for a craft project with your child in kindergarten. You need to help him cut out the base. And he will do the rest with his own hands.
We will need:
- stencil;
- plasticine;
- sequins, beads and other decor.
Use any stencil. You don't have to make fish. You can cut out a bunny, cat, hedgehog, starfish or something else from a plastic bottle. If there is no stencil, draw a simple figure (with a fish everything is quite simple).
Roll out the plasticine thinly and place it on the plastic. The decor just needs to be laid out beautifully. Make the muzzle from plasticine and buttons or beads.
Owl
This craft does not have to be for children. It can be a cute decor in the bathroom or a pencil holder.
We will need:
- bottle;
- felt;
- Super glue.
We cut out several parts from felt: a breast, 2 wings, paws, circles and a triangle for the face. If the color of the bottle is not suitable, it can be pre-painted with acrylic paint. Glue on the decor. If you don't have enough felt, you can make eyes from buttons. Felt can be replaced with plain fabric if necessary.
In this way you can create a whole “menagerie” for your child to play with.
For boys

We will need:
- bottles;
- colored tape;
- traffic jams;
- plastic straws;
- skewers;
- paints.
To decorate the case, you can use electrical tape, colored tape or acrylic paints. Paint or cover shampoo bottles any way your child wants. For the plane, we will need an additional bottle to make the wings (we will insert them through the side cuts - preferably as a single piece).

You can make a very useful craft from a shampoo bottle that will make life easier for your children and yourself.
We will need:
- any bottle;
- insulating tape.
Using scissors, cut off the front of the bottle and the top. Make a hole in the bottom. Wrap the edges with electrical tape to prevent the plastic from scratching the faucet. If the bottle is soft, you don't need to do this.
This device is easy to take off and put back on. If your child cannot reach the tap and is uncomfortable washing his hands, this life hack will definitely come in handy! You don't have to constantly run behind a stool to use the tap.
Pencil case-cosmetic bag
An ordinary plastic bottle can make an excellent designer cosmetic bag. This is perhaps one of the best ways to give a second life to plastic.
We will need:
- two bottles;
- napkins for decoupage;
- wrapping paper;
- braid;
- any decor (sequins, beads, etc.);
- acrylic paints;
- PVA glue.
We cut the first bottle so that we get one large part (the main body) and a cap. Treat the edge to prevent it from scratching. You can use sandpaper for this. We need to cut the structure so that the lid fits freely onto the main body. Cover the bottom of the lid with tape.
We have already told you what decoupage is - we advise you to read about this technique in order to complete the decor correctly. Apply glue to the surface and apply a napkin. Carefully remove the napkin, leaving only decorative elements.
Then use wrapping paper to cut out decorative elements: hearts, flowers, butterflies. You can also take ready-made decor. Add beautiful braid, large rhinestones and beads. Decorative sparkles also look very cool.
If desired, you can “mount” a button into the design or sew a button to the body and a loop to the lid.

To prevent your phone from just lying around while charging, it needs a stand to ensure its safety. However, there is no need to run to the store and buy a ready-made device: you can easily make your own phone charging stand from a flat plastic bottle. And most importantly, such a stand can be used to charge other gadgets of similar sizes.
Steps
Making a stand
- Place your phone on the bottle to compare sizes. The edges of the bottle should extend beyond the edges of the phone.

Remove labels from the bottle and wash it inside and out. Rinse the bottle with hot water to remove any remaining contents. Peel off the labels and wipe off any remaining adhesive with white vinegar, oil, or a special adhesive remover. Dry the bottle upside down before continuing.
Use a permanent marker to mark the desired height for the front edge of the stand. Place the phone on the bottle, aligning it with its bottom. See what height of the front of the stand works for you and mark the level with a permanent marker. In most cases, it is ideal to use a height that is two-thirds the height of the phone.
Draw a line from the mark in front to the back wall, where you will need to provide a smooth protrusion upward. First, draw a horizontal line on the front of the bottle along the mark you placed earlier. Extend the line to the side walls of the bottle. Once you reach the back wall, draw an upward arc on it.
- The height of the protrusion depends on the level at which you intend to place the charger.

Transfer the outline of the back of the charger to the back of the bottle. Attach the charger to the back of the bottle with the fork facing up. Make sure it is about 1cm below the drawn arched protrusion. Trace the outline of the charger with a permanent marker, and then remove the charger.
Cut the plastic bottle along the marked lines. First, cut out the outer contours of the stand, and then the hole for the charger. The easiest way to do this work is with a craft knife or utility knife. But some people find it easier to use scissors when cutting plastic bottles.
Sand the plastic cuts with fine-grit sandpaper. This will remove sharp corners. If you are planning to further decorate the stand, it is also a good idea to sand its entire outer surface with sandpaper to give the plastic a slight roughness. Don't forget to rinse the stand afterwards.
Wipe off any remaining marker marks with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. Simply dampen a cotton ball or pad with your chosen product and then wipe it across the plastic with marker marks. In most cases, rubbing alcohol will remove marker successfully, but if you need something more powerful, try using nail polish remover or acetone.
Use a new stand. Plug the charger into an outlet, and then slide the stand opening onto it so that the phone “pocket” faces outward. Connect the cable to the charger and then to the phone. Lower the phone into the cradle and tuck any excess cable into the cradle.
Cover the stand tightly with the fabric so that the edges meet at the back. Press the fabric to the front of the stand and smooth out any wrinkles. Next, apply more glue to the sides and back of the stand, then wrap it tightly with fabric. At the back, place the edges of the fabric on top of each other with a 1 cm overlap.
- Make sure that the piece of fabric is positioned strictly symmetrically. You'll be left with a lot of extra material at the front. Don't worry about it, you'll cut it later.

Let the glue dry. Place the coaster upside down on a long, narrow object, such as the top of a bottle or candle holder, to allow it to dry. Even a cardboard paper towel tube will work for this purpose.
Trim any excess fabric along the outside edge of the stand and at the hole for the charger. Once the glue has dried, trim off any excess fabric along the outside edge of the stand at the top and bottom. Then place the back of the stand on the cutting mat and cut the fabric from the charger hole.
- You can use scissors or a craft knife to remove fabric along the top and bottom edges of the stand.
- Use only a craft knife to remove fabric from the charger hole.

Apply a second coat of decoupage glue to the stand, paying particular attention to the edges, then let it dry. Apply glue using the same method as before. Only this time, apply it to the edges of the plastic, including the top, bottom, and hole for the charger.
- This will be the finish coat of your piece, so use the type of adhesive that will create the surface texture you want: matte, semi-gloss or gloss.

If desired, cover the bottom of the stand with fabric. Using a pen, trace the contours of the bottom of the stand on the wrong side of the fabric. Cut out the resulting part, and then glue it to the bottom with decoupage glue. Leave the stand to dry with the bottom up (as before), and then additionally cover the bottom with a finishing layer of decoupage glue.
Find a flat bottle that is the right size for your phone. Try to find a flat bottle rather than a round one. This shape will ensure that the stand fits better against the wall when you hang it. For most mobile phones, a shampoo bottle of about 400 ml will do.
Other ways to decorate a stand

Use colored, patterned adhesive paper if you can't find the right fabric. Cut a rectangle of paper according to the height of the stand and its circumference. Remove the protective backing from the paper and stick it onto the stand. Trim any excess paper from the top and bottom, and then from the charger hole.
- If you want to glue the bottom, trace its contours on self-adhesive paper, and then cut out the resulting part. Remove the backing from the paper and stick it to the bottom.
Often, when we turn on our phone to charge, it lies on our table, bedside table, and more often on the floor near the bed. From an ordinary plastic bottle you can very simply and quickly make a convenient holder, a stand for your phone, which rests on the charger itself, which is plugged into the outlet.
For work we need a bottle and scissors. For decoration, I took stained glass paints. The bottle needs to be washed and the bottom cut off. Cut a rectangle on the front side. You will get this detail. Many traders of small loose goods make scoops for hanging their products. 
We don't need the lid; we can throw it away. It is also necessary to remove the plastic rim from the neck of our future stand. 
The bottle is transparent, I decided to paint it with stained glass paints. I chose the simplest geometric pattern. First I applied the outline. It’s better, of course, to immediately cut a hole for the charger so as not to waste paint. 
When the black outline is dry, you need to apply the paint itself. How to do this is written in great detail on the packaging.
After final drying, cut out a hole for charging. I did this with small nail scissors. The hole must be such that the stand can support both a horizontally and vertically inserted charger. We have both vertical and horizontal sockets.
Now all that remains is to thread the cord through the neck of the bottle, insert it into the phone, lower the phone into the prepared pocket, and insert the charger itself with the holder on it into the socket. 
The stand turned out to be very light and beautiful, and most importantly, very comfortable. On business trips, you can buy a bottle of water, drink it, and use the bottle itself to make a stand. After checking out from the hotel, you can simply throw the used stand in the trash. 
Each of us knows how difficult it is to maintain order in our own things. Just relax a little and in just a few days your home or workplace will plunge into real chaos.
