Of course, all my remarks are perceived as a joke, but I’m not joking. While I’m writing a post, the idea arose to make a list of products, just a whole list, and hand everything over to guests who have strong beliefs like “don’t come to visit empty-handed.” Then guests will have a huge selection of products that they can purchase and bring of their choice. And if you consider that when a person goes to visit, he still buys “for tea” for himself, i.e. Based on personal taste preferences, you will see that I will accustom guests to tasty and simple food. By the way, the most attentive ones understood the first time, and as a present I receive: grapefruits, kiwis, apples... And in the summer, in general, an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Until now, in the freezer there are donated cranberries, currants, cherry tomatoes, the rest has been eaten. All summer I myself loaded the freezer with everything that grew in the garden.

Well, now what to do with all this. It all depends on your imagination. The kitchen is generally a space for creativity. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to stand at the stove. Mom often helps out, but there are dishes that she won’t cook, so I cook for myself. And although my food is low-calorie, low in salt, or even unsalted, my household eats it with pleasure. Despite its simplicity and low calorie content, they leave the table happy, “soft and fluffy.”

What do I cook if I need food? 7-10 days lose weight 4-5 kg. My calorie corridor these days is 1000-1200 kcal. per day.

I stick to the following plan:

  1. I consciously prepare a rough menu for the week ahead.

4. I prepare main dishes for 2 days at once.

For example, the list of my purchased products for the week includes: chicken breast, squid carcasses, frozen or fresh capelin, broccoli, frozen green beans, champignon mushrooms, zucchini, greenhouse cucumbers and tomatoes, bell peppers (red), lettuce, greens, bread, low-fat cottage cheese, kefir 1% fat, Adyghe cheese, vermicelli, unsweetened yogurt (large jar-400 gr.), reduced sour cream fat content (1 jar), paprika, soy sauce, cinnamon, vanillin, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, almonds and Brazil nuts (not fried).

Fruits: grapefruit, oranges, kiwi, apples.

Vegetable oils (olive, flaxseed, grape seeds - your choice), honey - lasts for a long time. Also cereals, weighing 800-1000 grams: rolled oats, rice, buckwheat - the total amount is enough for a month (based on feeding 2-3 people)

In a separate store I buy whole wheat grains (not pickled) for sprouting.

Being already in the kitchen, I immediately prepare the preparation.

  1. I soak and sprout 1 kg of wheat. After (3-4 days) the seeds hatch, I grind them in a meat grinder and pack them into disposable cups (30 grams each), cover each cup with cellophane, and put them all in the freezer. In fact, the topic of the first breakfast is closed for 10 days. In my family, everyone eats sprouted wheat, so 1 kg is only enough for us for a few days. No more is needed. It is better to eat sprouted wheat in courses.
  2. I cut bread (any bread, to taste) into small cubes and make crackers in the oven. First, I flavor the small cubes with paprika and add a little salt.

I put food into the steamer for 2 days: level 1 - chicken breast, cut into pieces (the skin needs to be removed and thrown away), level 2 - green beans, whole champignon mushrooms, level 3 - zucchini, cut into thick rings and loose broccoli . Cooking time 35 min. The rest is already prepared before use. Basically, while everything is steaming and cooking, I cut a cucumber, a tomato, a sweet pepper (half or a quarter, if large) into cubes, a salad, maybe some greens (to taste). At the same time, I boil the vermicelli (if you want) or rice. But I plan dishes with rice a day in advance, so I soak it in the evening so that it is freed from starch as much as possible.

So, the vegetables are cut, the crackers are dried, the chicken breast is ready. I'm making a salad. I cut part of the chicken breast into small pieces (I put the rest in the refrigerator for tomorrow), add it to the chopped vegetables, add a few crackers, season with 2 tbsp. spoons of unsweetened yogurt. I don’t add salt to the salad, but it won’t be completely bland, since it contains salted croutons. And whoever needs it will salt it themselves.

I give an example of calorie counting for the above salad.- 155g, 118 kcal.

The vegetables that were cooked in the steamer at the same time are also ready. I take as much as I need, the rest goes into the refrigerator. Since they are fresh, I adjust the taste with freshly prepared seasonings. For example, today as a seasoning I use a mixture of grape seed oil (olive and flaxseed oil are too smelly for me) and soy sauce (1 teaspoon each). You can add any other oils to your taste, but not more than 1 tbsp. spoons a day, always remember that you are losing weight.

Because I can only fit 45-50 grams. similar vegetables, so I calculated calories only 45 grams - 12.5 kcal. You can boil vermicelli for a complete meal, 30 grams of (boiled) vermicelli equals 46 kcal. Again, I calculate grams based on how much I can eat in one sitting, taking into account the variety and totality of dishes, and not because that is how much is needed. More often than not, I can’t even finish these portions. Therefore, you weigh your portions, they may be different for you.

The next day, I can heat the same vegetables in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of sour cream.

I can also prepare dinner for 2 days. For example, onion cutlets or squid carcasses stuffed with any filling you like. All this is also prepared quickly.

Onion cutlets. I have a hard time hiding 2 cutlets for another day; my household eats them up right away, even if I cook a whole pan.

I cut the onion into small cubes, add an egg, a little salt and flour. I make cutlets (I wet my hands with water), lightly fry them in a frying pan in oil until golden brown, and place them on a separate plate. Then I grease each cutlet on top with tomato paste, and put it either in a double boiler or in a saucepan, depending on what you want to bother with. this moment. Only in the pan it is advisable to place a plate on the bottom, with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the pan, upside down (so that the cutlets do not stick to the bottom). Pour water to the height of the plate. Place all the cutlets into the pan and simmer until done. I usually steam them for no more than 5 minutes, over low heat (after the water boils), if in a saucepan. They cook in a double boiler for longer until it heats up. Depending on which onion you like best, the stewing time will depend on this. I like the onions to crunch, so 5 minutes. quite enough. Don’t worry about the vegetable oil, in terms of calorie content (you fried it first), most of it will go into the water when stewing.

You can also cook carrot and beet cutlets. True, in this case, I act a little more cunningly. I first put these vegetables through a juicer. I drink freshly squeezed juice and make cutlets from the squeezed juice. True, they turn out to be a bit dry, but that’s okay, but they are healthy and tasty.

I’ll give an example of one more dish, and that’s enough for today.

Stuffed squid. One stuffed carcass weighs on average 155 grams (finished product), this is approximately 185 kcal. I cook the rice soaked in the evening, and at the same time fry the onions, carrots and mushrooms in small quantities vegetable oil. Then I mix the rice with the fry. I fill the thawed carcasses with this filling, put them in a pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, the squids do not cook for a long time. Adjust salt to taste. I don’t put it in this dish at all, but then it turns out bland.

In general, it is better to do a separate manipulation with salt if, besides you, someone else eats your targeted meals for weight loss.

You do not add salt at all during cooking, and afterward, let everyone add salt to their plate on their own. This will be both correct from the point of view of the biochemistry of the body, and useful for those “losing weight”.

All these prepared products can easily be carried in small containers to work. It’s better to get out of the habit of eating in buffets, canteens and cafes, I mean, before it’s too late.

And of course dessert! What could we do without sweets?

Having set out on a difficult and difficult path to losing weight, we passionately want to achieve the desired result as soon as possible. And there is no better visualization of this process and no more real motivation than the scales reporting that we have lost another kilogram. 3. Carbohydrates
