Nitro enamels. They dry quickly - about 1 hour, but their pungent odor can last up to several days. Suitable for use on wood, chipboard, MDF, plywood. The solvent used is acetone.

Drawing

Print out a sample of the drawing you like.
Place it on a more durable material (for example, a thick plastic blank) and cut it along the contour.
Attach the stencil to the door using tape.

When the paint dries, remove the stencil.

Dry paint at different temperatures. Drying at room temperature will take about nine hours, but if you dry at a temperature of forty degrees and above, the paint will dry in an hour or an hour and a half.

This restoration method is not very well known, but thanks to it you can easily transform an old plastic door into a wooden door, as a result of which the external difference will not be very noticeable.

At its core, veneer is natural wood, so the appearance will be quite attractive. Before gluing with veneer panels, it is also necessary to carry out preliminary work on plastic surface: first you need to clean and degrease it, then remove the protective layer, apply veneer and glue it with an iron. Be sure to stick optimal temperature so that the glue is perfectly fixed and the plastic does not deteriorate, using thick fabric instead of a gasket.

Laminated
