1. General Provisions

1.1. 2. Subject of the Agreement

3.4. The expected shipment date is communicated to the Buyer by telephone or e-mail. The deadline for receiving the Order by the Buyer depends on the address and region
delivery, the operation of a specific Delivery Service, and do not directly depend on the Seller.

3.5. All information materials presented on the Site are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Product, including colors, sizes and shapes. 3.6. 3.7. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Product is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the same way as the Product was originally prepaid.

3.8. The price indicated on the Site for Products that are temporarily unavailable for sale is not final. When the Product goes on sale, the price may change.

3.9. In case of cancellation of the Order by the Buyer, he has 1 day from the date of making the prepayment to notify the Seller about this by any in an accessible way: by email, phone or messenger. 4. Delivery of the Goods

4.1. The delivery area is limited to the Russian Federation.

4.2. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred directly to the Buyer or the person specified by him, or the Goods are delivered to the carrier chosen by the Buyer. 4.7. 5. Payment for the Goods

If these are detected upon acceptance of the Goods, it is necessary to make an appropriate entry in the Acceptance Certificate or in the delivery note, which will be provided by the Delivery Service.
